Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial leasing and office design sectors.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.2. Sales Strategy Development:- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.3. Closing Deals:- Lead negotiations with clients to close lease agreements for commercial spaces.- Prepare and present proposals for office design and build projects, addressing client needs and expectations.- Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.4. Project Coordination:- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of office build projects.- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates to clients as necessary.5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:- Analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the commercial leasing or office design industries.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (LeadSquared preferred)Skills & Competencies:- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
