Job Summary:The Key Account Manager will drive the growth of our franchising business by engaging potential franchisees, explaining the business model, and guiding them through the entire process-from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage the sales funnel, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure successful franchisee onboarding and outlet launch.Key Responsibilities:- Develop an in-depth understanding of franchising business models, competitors, and market offerings.- Identify and reach out to prospective franchisees, convincing them to become franchise partners.- Act as the key enabler from franchise model explanation to deal closure, ensuring smooth execution with internal teams.- Own the funnel management process, driving activities that lead to increased conversions and improving the funnel-to-conversion ratio.Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree with 3 years or MBA with 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Franchise Development (Preferably in Industries like food and beverage, retail ).- Proven track record in franchise sales and B2B/B2C account management.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude and a passion for scaling businesses.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating across multiple teams.- Results-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability.- Willingness to travel for franchisee support and business development.Skills:- Franchise development, sales process management, and operations management- Relationship building and sales & marketing expertise- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, market analysis, and franchise operations (ref:updazz.com)
