As we expand our team, we seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who may require financial assistance for their education abroad.- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and educate them about our education loan products.- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
-Stay updated on the features and benefits of our education loan products.
-Effectively communicate product details and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of a lead from the Pre-Sales Team to the Sales Team.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion.
-Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the engagement process.
