Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing the relevant business strategy to ensure profitable growth and development within the local market.- Full responsibility for managing budgets, sales efficiency, profit and loss (P&L), organizational structure, and sales objectives.- Building and leading a skilled, dynamic, and results-driven sales team that supports marketing, sales, tendering, project management, and order processing efforts.- Enhancing the customer experience by attracting new prospects and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.- Developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to boost sales and revenue.- Utilizing shared platforms, technologies, and optimized back-end sales processes to maintain agreed-upon service levels.- Ensuring that the supervised area is appropriately staffed, directed, and trained.Candidate Requirements:- A bachelor s degree is required.- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA Incentives Additional BenefitsContact Information: Binita P | HR TeamPhone: 91 9737138321 (ref:updazz.com)
