Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Management

• Accurately enter data into the company s systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain and update records in a timely and organized manner .
• Ensure that all data entries are error-free, complete, and consistent .
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on the entered data.

2. Document Handling & Record Maintenance

• Organize, manage, and maintain both digital and physical documents .
• Verify, cross-check, and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive data and company records.

3. MS Excel & MS Office Proficiency

• Work extensively with MS Excel for data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts to manage and process large datasets .
• Prepare well-structured reports and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint .

4. Process Improvement & Innovation

• Suggest new methods and tools to improve data entry efficiency .
• Collaborate with team members to optimize existing processes.
• Identify potential areas of automation to save time and enhance accuracy .

5. Learning & Adaptability

• Understand and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and tools.
• Stay open to learning about different functional areas within the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office , especially MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint .
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data management systems and ERP software (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
