Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets . This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills , along with the ability to work independently and lead a sales team if required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential leads .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior .
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

• Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals .
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into paying customers .
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets consistently .

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients .
• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction .
• Develop loyalty programs or initiatives to retain clients.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups .
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
• Document contracts, agreements, and quotations efficiently.

5. Team Management (For Manager Role)

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve collective goals .
• Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback meetings .
• Allocate territories, accounts, and responsibilities among team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure accountability.

6. Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new sales techniques .
• Attend workshops, webinars, and training programs to enhance skills.
• Recommend improvements in sales processes and customer engagement strategies .
