This is a target-based role involving outbound calls to generate leads and build interest in our services.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
-Explain the product or service clearly and persuasively.
-Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team.
-Maintain detailed records of calls and lead status in CRM.
-Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
-Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments if required. Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both mandatory).
-Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
-Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
-Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
