Job Description

Lead Generation and TeleMarketing Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Use Online Tools Google Search to find& quality leads.
Speak to potential customers to judge product requirement
Raise to concerned department for further inquiry and talking

Requirements:

Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali.
-Typing, Speaking, Reading
Ability to use online tools to search and develop new leads
Customer Relationship Building and speaking to customer technically
Ability to judge customer requirements via phone call

Required Skills & Competencies

A. Technical Skills

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and telemarketing strategies.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to draft professional emails and proposals.

B. Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Confidence in handling objections and rejections.
Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
