The ideal candidate will be responsible for both bidding on IT projects through platforms like Upwork and executing direct marketing campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.Key Responsibilities:Bidding on Upwork:- Research and identify potential IT projects on Upwork.- Prepare and submit competitive bids tailored to client requirements.- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project needs and provide solutions.- Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms with clients.Direct Sales and Marketing:- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify leads and build relationships with potential clients.- Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.- Engage with prospects through personalized messages, offering IT solutions tailored to their needs.- Maintain and update lead databases and track sales performance.Requirements:- Fresher with Strong communication skills (written and verbal).- Basic knowledge of bidding on Upwork for IT projects.- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.- Solid understanding of IT services and technologies.- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
