Key Skills Statutory, Payroll, Recruitment activities Key Responsibilities End to End recruitment process experience. Design and execute HR policies and procedures. Dispense employee benefits. Ensure adherence to all the labor laws applicable. Responsible for End-End for Statutory Compliance related activities such as PF, ESI, PT, etc Preparation of payroll inputs and ensuring consistency of output Responsibility to verify the salaries of employees paid correctly and according to the company s policy Payroll data reconciliation and a proper document control mechanism to maintain it for audit purposes Reviewing year end tax computation & employee enquires on tax deduction Responsible to collect Tax declarations & proofs diligently Accountabilities: Role in maintaining all the appropriate documents as per the labour law Payroll administration experience, Statutory and HR activities Contact Amirtha HR to Apply the job
