Reporting to: Store Manager Role Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role involves showcasing jewellery pieces, assisting customers with their requirements, and maintaining the store s professional image. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and occasions.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain the store s visual merchandising and product displays as per company standards.
• Handle billing, payment transactions, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, designs, and product features.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (any discipline).
• Prior experience in jewellery sales/retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and inventory management.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
