Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals .
• Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Research target markets and understand customer needs to customize sales strategies .

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Approach potential clients and present company products/services effectively.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention .

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection .
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience .

4. Market Research & Business Strategy

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments .
• Provide insights to management to improve products, pricing, and strategies .
• Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand reach.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and sales activities .
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports .
• Update CRM tools or Excel sheets for proper tracking and follow-ups.
