Business Development Executive

Job description: Enovexa Solutions is seeking a& Business Development Executive (BDE)& to grow our client base in& digital marketing and creative design services. The role involves lead generation, pitching services, building relationships, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate must have& excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with the drive to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online/offline channels.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Pitch Enovexa s& digital marketing & design services& effectively in& Hindi and English.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaigns and client projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in& business development, sales, or client acquisition& (preferred in digital marketing/creative industries).
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory& (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, lead generation platforms, or CRM tools (preferred).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills in Hindi & English are welcome).
