Business Development Associate

Job Overview Enovexa Solutions is seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help expand our client base in digital marketing and creative design services. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and eager to grow in the digital marketing and design industry . Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online/offline channels.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Pitch Enovexa s digital marketing & design services to potential clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads consistently.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency/IT/digital background preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and suggest tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation platforms, or CRM tools (preferred).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0 2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
