Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Salesman Helper to join our men s ethnic wear retail shop. The candidate should be energetic, responsible, and willing to assist in multiple activities of the store. Preference will be given to Marathi-speaking candidates who can easily communicate with local customers and staff. This role requires an all-rounder who can support the sales team, assist customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the shop.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance
- Greet customers politely and assist them in selecting ethnic wear.
- Help salesmen by showing products, sizes, and styles as per customer needs.
- Provide suggestions to customers and ensure they have a comfortable shopping experience.
Store Support
- Arrange, fold, and display products neatly in the showroom.
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Assist in stock handling, unpacking new arrivals, and keeping shelves updated.
Sales Support
- Help in billing and packaging when required.
- Carry products to trial rooms, counters, or delivery areas.
- Support salesmen in handling rush hours and festive seasons.
General Duties
- Take care of daily shop maintenance and cleanliness.
- Handle small errands inside/outside the shop if needed.
- Cooperate with team members for smooth retail operations.

Skills & Qualities Required

Ability to communicate in Marathi (Hindi/English is an added advantage).
Hardworking, honest, and responsible attitude.
Polite, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to work long retail hours (10:00 AM 9:00 PM).
Ability to work in a team and support senior sales staff.
Physically fit to handle shop duties like lifting, arranging, and assisting customers.

Eligibility

Education: Minimum 10th pass (not mandatory if experienced).
Experience: Prior experience in retail shops preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Age: 18 35 years.
Language: Marathi-speaking preferred.
