Sales executive for Vasai Location& Will be working 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM&

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. A Sales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation
    • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, and networking.
    • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve consistent targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients.
    • Close sales deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Market Research & Reporting
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance sales efforts.
    • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth product/service delivery.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work independently or as part of a team.
