Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling
  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
  • Introduce the company s products or services clearly and convincingly.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Inbound Support
  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to product/service inquiries and explain details.
  • Record customer requirements and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Customer Engagement
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive interaction.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close deals or schedule appointments.
  • Maintain customer details and call outcomes in CRM/records.
• Sales & Targets
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Support the sales team by providing accurate lead details.
  • Work towards maximizing customer acquisition and retention.
• Reporting
  • Prepare daily call reports.
  • Share feedback with managers about customer responses and market trends.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages & .
• Confidence and persuasive ability over the phone.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to stay motivated and target-driven.
• Patience to handle different types of customers.
