The role involves prospecting, consultative selling, and positioning wellness-tech solutions to decision-makers across industries. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals eager to grow in the HR-tech and wellness ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Connect with potential clients to identify business needs and propose tailored solutions.- Drive consultative sales by articulating value propositions and closing business deals.- Provide insights from client interactions to help improve product offerings.- Consistently achieve revenue goals while building a strong sales pipeline.Candidate Profile:- At least 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, HR-tech, or related domains.- Strong communication and presentation skills with persuasive selling ability.- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets.- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decision-makers.- Passion for wellness and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
