Ltd (Processing Unit) and SA Herbal Bioactives LLP (Extraction Unit), which are globally certified units with BRCGS,ISO, GMP, Kosher, Halal & Organic Certification Website - https://www.jairamdass.com/ Website - https://www.saherbalbioactives.com/ Company Video :- https://youtu.be/SnDkfko3CgsHead officePlot no -05, Jairamdass Khushiram Building,Next to Visawa hotel, sector - 19 CVashi, Navi mumbai - 400703.Near by Turbhe stationWe are hiring a Sales Head to lead and manage our Inside Sales Team, The candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, CRM operations, and team performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to ensure consistent performance, discipline, and achievement of sales targets.- Ensure daily calling targets, follow-ups, and reporting are monitored and traceable through the CRM system.- Track and analyze call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities to maintain visibility into the team s productivity and lead conversion ratios.- Implement and oversee CRM handling and data accuracy for all customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.- Drive B2B sales initiatives, targeting clients from ingredient-user industries such as Pharma, Food, Healthcare, and Ayurveda.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.- Oversee customer complaint resolution and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.- Provide training and product awareness to the team on ingredients like herbs, botanicals, seasonings, and other specialized materials.- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.Candidate Profile:- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in managing Sales Teams.- Strong command over CRM systems (Odoo software) Excellent communication, team leadership, and analytical skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
