Job Description - Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)Customer Handling:- Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.- Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.- Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.Follow-up with Purchase Team:- Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.- Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.- Coordinating with the support team for installation.- After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.Product Training:- Attending product training at regular intervals.- Learning new products and technologies.- Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.Meetings & Reporting to management:- Maintaining customers daily calls report.- Submission of weekly reports to the management.- Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director - Sales.Other Responsibilities:- Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.- Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.- Any other work as required by management from time to time.
