This is a full-time on-site role for IT Recruiters/Bench Sales Recruiters located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals. Additionally, responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, building a talent pipeline, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
