With over 15 years of expertise and a legacy of trust, we provide internationally accredited cosmetic solutions tailored to meet the needs of your brand.We offer comprehensive spec-to-product solutions across a wide range of categories, including Skin Care, Hair Care, Baby Care, Oral Care, Men s Grooming, and Herbal Products.Responsibilities:- Assist the Business Development Executives in various tasks related to Sales & Marketing.- Assist in generating leads for the business.- Manage inquiries from diverse platforms such as Website, IndiaMart, Trade India, Telephonic, and social media.- Keep track of inquiries received and follow-up status.- Communicate proficiently in English over email and phone.- Possess basic knowledge and understanding of beauty & personal care product manufacturing.- Conduct internet research for product and market details; compile reports as instructed by the Department Head.- Assist Business Development Executive in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain a track of samples provided, and update recipients about courier details.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client orders.- Maintain various documents and excel sheets as instructed by the Team Leader or department head.Qualifications:- Graduate in marketing, Sales, Pharmacy. Graduates from other streams with required skills may apply.- Basic understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging.- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English, Hindi, and Gujarati.- Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.- Strong communication skills on email and phone.- Ability to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
