Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students and parents via phone, explain the benefits of our AI-powered platform, and encourage enrollment in our courses. Demonstrating confidence in educational product explanations, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a goal-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote Arivihan s courses.- Explain how our AI-based platform supports personalized learning, doubt solving, and academic improvement.- Address queries related to course content and platform features.- Guide potential users through enrollment processes and assist in selecting suitable programs.- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and conversions.Qualification & Experience:- Freshers with strong communication skills in English and Hindi are encouraged to apply.- Experienced candidates in Edtech sales may be considered, with expertise in Edtech preferred.- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.Skills & Traits:- Excellent communication and conversational skills.- Confident in explaining technical and educational concepts.- Goal-driven with a positive attitude.- Ability to handle queries professionally and persuasively.Other Details:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM & 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (rotational shifts) (ref:updazz.com)
