Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Certification and Inspection industry to join our team in Bangalore, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with key accounts within the certification and inspection space.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Drive and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and acquire new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure long-term success and repeat business.- Industry Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Certification and Inspection domain to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and support) to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase market share, and promote the company s services in target regions.Skills and Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in sales within the Certification and Inspection industry.- Strong knowledge of the certification, inspection, and compliance industry, including regulations, standards, and services.- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
