We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive the sales efforts for our premium offerings.Job Overview:The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing and coordinating all sales activities. This includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking sales performance, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Order Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information.- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details and timely delivery.- Monitor order status, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and handle any issues related to deliveries or product quality.- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact details, preferences, and order history.Sales Reporting & Data Analysis:- Assist in preparing regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing insights to management.- Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improving sales and customer satisfaction.- Support the preparation of sales forecasts, quotas, and other sales-related documents.Customer Relationship Management:- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and work with the sales team to resolve any issues.- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely follow-through with quotes, product recommendations, and proposals.Collaboration with Sales Team:- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all client requirements are met and that the team s sales goals are achieved.- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing presentations, pricing lists, and proposals.- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client visits.Product Knowledge & Training:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s product range, including features, benefits, and specifications.- Assist in the training of new sales team members on product details and the sales process.Inventory & Stock Management:- Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability and stock levels meet demand.- Assist in tracking product inventory and forecasting product needs based on sales trends.Sales Documentation & Compliance:- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and agreements.- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.Event & Showroom Support:- Coordinate and support sales activities at events, trade shows, and exhibitions.- Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and reflect the premium quality of the company s products.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the luxury home dcor, sanitary ware, or building materials industry.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and sales documentation.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships.- Knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Experience in coordinating sales teams and managing sales operations.- Familiarity with the luxury home products and sanitary ware industry.- Basic knowledge of design tools (like AutoCAD, or similar) for preparing product layouts or client proposals.- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, especially Hindi, English, and Marathi.
