About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator Intern to support our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales coordination, updating database, and client communication while developing key skills in business operations. & Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales documents, quotations, contracts, and invoices.

Maintain and update customer databases accurately.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of sales activities.

Support in preparing sales performance reports, dashboards.

Handle client queries and redirect them to the appropriate sales representative.

Track and follow up on sales leads, proposals, and purchase orders.

Organize and maintain sales records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Provide administrative support during sales meetings, events, and client calls.

& Skills Required:

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in written and verbal English communication

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);&

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
