Experience : 0 to 2 Years Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records in CRM and follow process guidelines. Ensure customer satisfaction with first-call resolution. Work with team members to achieve targets. Requirements: Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Tamil. Strong listening and problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience preferred).
