Back Office Executive

Job description: We are looking for& dedicated and detail-oriented individuals& to join our team as& Back office Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer details (like name, address, contact number, etc.) into various forms and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill out forms using customer data
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information carefully
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Meet daily/weekly targets as assigned
• Communicate with team members or customers when needed
• Maintain organized digital records of completed work

Required Skills:

• Must have& English communication& (written& and spoken)
• Must have& computer knowledge& (typing, MS Office, internet usage)
• Fast and accurate typing skills at least& 25-30wpm
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
