Antarctica.The JobJob description :- Our Sales team makes inbound and outbound sales calls and initiates, and follows up interest from our consumers, they need to be goals-oriented and gameplayers to be able to meet the goals and come up with creative solutions.- Their job is related to Merchant Services, Credit Card Processing, and POS (product line provided by client)- Inbound and Outbound sales support calls and emails for our store owners, and distributors through sales channels.- Stay updated with systems and product information, changes, and updates in the market.- Support sales organization, retailers, and client product lines.- Meet sales goals.- Other duties as necessary to support merchants and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued relationships.- Follow standard processes and procedures.- Understand the value of our products and the needs of our retailers and their profiles inside and out- Ability to create strong connections and relations with their retailers and customers (distributors and store owners)- Coordinate with multiple departments related to the systems such as Tech Support if neededAbility to keep internal reports up to date (if needed)Ideal Candidate Required:- English Proficiency- Microsoft Software proficiency- Customer Service and Sales Experience (must)- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.- Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional- Team player- Competitiveness- Goals and people-oriented (ref:updazz.com)
