Senior Executive - Accounts

Preparing Budgets like budgeted balance sheet, P&L & Cashflow
Preparing cashflow forecast and actuals summary and analyzing the variances.
Consolidation under US GAAP & preparing the financials according to US GAAP & Ind AS.
Coordinating with teams for audits.
Intercompany reconciliations & managing the intercompany fund requirements.
Preparation and posting the transfer pricing entries.
GL Reconciliation.
Forex Restatements.
Fixed Asset Management
Familiar with USGAAP, IFRS & Ind AS
