Role Overview:The Banca Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales through bancassurance partnerships, managing bank staff to sell insurance products, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Build Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.- Sales Leadership: Lead bank staff to meet life insurance sales targets.- Training & Development: Train bank employees on insurance products and sales techniques.- Monitor Performance: Track sales results and provide regular feedback.- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.Qualifications:- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or bancassurance.- Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities.- Education: Bachelor s degree.For More Info : HR Niveda | PH - 91 70164 59919 (ref:updazz.com)
