-Our expertise spans strategy, branding, design, content, marketing, and front-end development-blending creativity and technology to help brands stay relevant, agile, and ahead of the curve. Key Responsibilities: - Support business development initiatives and operational activities.
-Create and maintain prospect databases, identify target segments, and plan outreach campaigns.
-Collaborate with the Tech Solutions team to align proposals with client requirements - Prepare proposals, assist with negotiations, and support contract finalization and bidding processes.
-Coordinate invoice scheduling, payment collection, and delivery tracking with internal teams.
-Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
-Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely client delivery.
-Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up. Requirements: - MBA graduate from a recognized institution.
-1-2 years of relevant experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A person with strong relationship-building skills.
-Eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
