This role acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams like Growth, Design, Project, Procurement, IT and FMS/Technical to ensure that all client related services and promises are met. The candidate will have to be proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact between client and UV team.- Conduct weekly client meetings to ensure service quality and customer engagement.- Maintain clear communication channels between clients and internal stakeholders.- Identify gaps in service delivery and lead initiatives for process improvement.- Support space planning and layout changes as per member needs.- Track service KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate or Undergraduate in Hospitality, Facilities Management or related field.- 3-4 years of experience in facilities or operations, preferably in co-working space.- Competitive salary as per market with fast growing and dynamic environment.
