UMRAH HAJJ PACKAGE SALES STAFF

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to promote and sell our Umrah and Hajj packages. The candidate will guide pilgrims, provide detailed package information, assist with bookings, and ensure excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, knowledge of pilgrimage processes, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities: Promote Umrah & Hajj packages to potential pilgrims. Explain package details, inclusions, and pricing clearly. Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person. Assist customers with booking, payments, and documentation. Maintain customer relationships and provide post-booking support. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Umrah & Hajj processes is a plus. Sales-oriented, target-driven, and customer-friendly. Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
