• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer queries effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Promote and sell products/services to potential customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer service KPIs .
• Maintain records of customer interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi .
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with tools like Excel is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
