Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
-Accurately update and track all communication from centralized email accounts within the internal CRM system and coordinate relevant updates with universities.
-Proactively follow up on submitted applications and liaise with recruitment partners to resolve any pending documentation or issues.
-Actively chase recruitment partners for offer letters, ensuring timely follow-up and processing.
-Provide consistent support to recruitment partners, fostering smooth business operations and strengthening partner relationships.
-Reactivate inactive partners by re-establishing communication and engagement.
