Job Description
Sales Strategy Development :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned zone.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with the senior management team to define sales objectives, strategies, and tactics.Team Leadership and Management :- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives within the zone.- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for team members.- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and take corrective actions as necessary.Relationship Building:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the zone.- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach and increase sales.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.Sales Operations Management:- Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to streamline processes and optimize sales operations.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.- Recommend and implement strategies to address performance gaps and achieve sales objectives (ref:updazz.com)
