Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating executive communications, such as taking calls, Responding to emails, and interacting with clients - Managing the schedules and communications of key executives - Assisting senior management with day-to-day activities like scheduling meetings, managing travel itineraries, and preparing documents - Organizing and executing team activities, logistics for meetings, and corporate events - Maintaining an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents - Upholding strict confidentiality standards To succeed in this role, you will need: - Proficiency in computer skills including Vlookup and Pivot functions, as well as familiarity with email and MS Office - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Adaptability, organizational, and management skills - Ability to handle administrative details independently - Time management, project management, and problem-solving skills - Experience in a PA/EA/Admin role will be a plus - Graduate in any discipline Working hours from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
