QC engineers with the ability to create and implement advanced inspection techniques that foresee and stop flaws will be necessary in the future. What you will do: Throughout the production cycle, you will be in charge of a variety of quality control tasks. This entails creating and putting into practice thorough inspection protocols and checklists, carrying out functional and destructive testing, and precisely measuring raw materials and completed objects using sophisticated metrology instruments (such as CMMs, gauges, and vision systems). In addition, you will be responsible for carefully recording inspection findings, utilising Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, locating and separating non-conforming material, and working with the Production and QA teams to promptly address quality concerns and put Corrective Actions (CAs) into place.
