Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:As Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Indian market. This includes identifying new opportunities to expand market reach, increasing revenue from existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships while nurturing relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.Responsibilities & Duties:- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS product.- Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals.- This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits, lead generation, and hands-on market engagement to drive sales growth.- Independently managed deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR in the past.- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team for conducting demos and POCs.- Prepare proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and manage the process through closure and contracting.- Oversee payment collections and maintain strong customer relationships.- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to sell and interact effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.Ideal Candidate:- Overall 68 years of experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in the garment industry.- Minimum 45 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.- Strong relationship management and account management capabilities.- Proficient in using CRM tools and leveraging data analysis to enhance sales performance.- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong business acumen and an ability to understand customer needs.
