We aim to transform the way gated societies function, by integrating a comprehensive and intuitive digital interface for residents, management, and service providers.We are looking to expand our network of verified vendors in the renewable energy space, especially solar energy solution providers, to meet the growing demand from our resident communities.Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors (particularly solar energy service providers) for the NoBrokerHood ecosystem. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our renewable vendor base in Mumbai and nearby areas.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with potential solar service providers including EPC contractors, solar panel installers, maintenance providers, etc.Pitch the value proposition of NoBrokerHood s vendor ecosystem to prospective vendors.Drive end-to-end vendor onboarding including documentation, profile setup, and system training.Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded vendors to ensure service quality and ongoing collaboration.Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) for seamless vendor integration.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the solar and renewable energy space.Achieve monthly onboarding targets and ensure vendor activation within defined timelines.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.- 3-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.- Strong understanding of solar industry dynamics, vendor network, and service models.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with gated communities or society management systems.- Existing network of solar vendors in Mumbai or Maharashtra.- Understanding of regulatory and technical aspects of solar installations.Benefits:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a high-growth prop-tech company.- Flexible work environment and learning opportunities.
