We are hiring an Area Business Manager - B2B Sales with 5 yrs of experience and quite experience in the Edtech field. K12 has been in operations since 2010 and has been providing B2B & B2C products & services in the education vertical.- Eduvate is the B2B brand of K12 Techno Services which is specialized in providing end-toend curriculum products & services to Schools across India.- Over the last 7 Years, Eduvate has helped Orchids International School (a chain of CBSE & ICSE schools) grow from 250 students to 50,000 students and help them establish & execute 50 branches across major cities in India, by providing them both academic & nonacademic solutions. With such a huge success, Eduvate took its core academics offering to other schools in India and has partnered with over 750 schools (in addition to Orchids) within 3 years.- Eduvate s curriculum consists of every critical element which is required for a School s Growth including Best-in-class Books, Individualized Learning Kits, Supporting Videos & Presentation, Academic Planning Support with pre-made lesson plans, Assessment support for teacher s along with comprehensive trainings, Parents App and all this seamlessly integrated with ERP which helps in managing and monitoring School s Performance, conducting online classes and executive other administrative tasks.Roles and Responsibilities:- As an Area Business Manager/Sr. Area Business Manager, you would be responsible for promoting and selling Eduvate s Curriculum products and services to Schools in your respective region.- You would be expected to visit 5-6 Schools/Day and meet the key decision makers in these Schools (Owner/Principals) to introduce Eduvate, understand and explore their curriculum related requirements and accordingly position Eduvate s products & services.- As the lead matures, you would also be responsible for conducting detailed product demos, creating & submitting commercial proposal, negotiating and finalizing the order.- You would also be creating database of qualified schools and prioritizing them for your meeting- The role requires you to be good at planning & executing your annual/monthly & weekly targetsSkills & Requirements:- Minimum 2 Years of experience in selling curriculum to Schools (Core B2B Selling Experience)- Candidate should be handling or should have handled (in the recent past) an annual target 50 Lacs while selling curriculum products & services to Schools in the same region they are applying for- This is an individual contributor role and we are looking for candidates who have high aspiration and want to be a part of a high growth organization- English, Hindi & Regional Language (in-line with your respective region) (ref:updazz.com)
