The role involves managing key accounts, expanding project-based sales, and strengthening dealer/distributor networks across assigned geographies.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales targets across designated product verticals and regions.- Drive B2B and project sales through contractors, builders, consultants, government bodies, and large enterprises.- Manage dealer/distributor networks to increase market penetration.- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing business relationships.- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for leadership review.- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution, payment collection, and after-sales support.Candidate Profile:- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales (Electrical/Industrial/Project Sales/Lighting preferred).- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Tech/B.E.
