Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE:- 2-5 years experience as a successful quota-carrying account executive.- MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers (work in US business hours)- Experience selling to sales or revenue teams is a big plus- Strong discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling skills- Comfortable owning deals end-to-end in a fast-moving environment- Bonus points if you ve used Gong, Chorus, Clari, or Salesloft- Curiosity, hustle, and the ability to thrive with autonomyRequired Skills and Qualifications - 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota specifically in the US market- Strong communication skills via phone, LinkedIn and email- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organizationPreferred Qualifications- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo or other sales tools- Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quotaWhy is this a great opportunity for the right candidate:- Sell a product that reps and sales leaders actually want to use- High ownership: your ideas and feedback will shape our GTM motion- Work closely with the founding team and make a visible impact- Competitive compensation, early equity, and a fun team to work with (ref:updazz.com)
