Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Generating Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
-Making Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and offer solutions.
-Closing Sales: Persuade customers to make a purchase by highlighting the benefits of products or services.
-Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed predetermined sales goals.
-Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, both existing and potential.
-Handling Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, sales transactions, and leads.
-Staying Updated: Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and sales best practices. Skills and Qualifications:- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport and effectively conveying product information.
-Sales Skills: A strong understanding of sales techniques, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
-Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and other aspects of a sale.
-Customer Service Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer programs.
-Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the company s products or services and the industry in which they operate.
