Business Development Manager (BDM)Openings: 10Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car LoansKey Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships in the assigned territory.- Manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve loan sales targets.- Develop and execute strategies for increasing market penetration across HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loans.- Maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.- Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.- Monitor portfolio quality and implement corrective measures to control delinquency.- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.Skills & Competencies:- Proven track record of sales achievement in retail lending.- Strong market knowledge in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loan products.- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.- Good negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.- Good interpersonal, and sales pitch.- Organized and detail oriented.- Field sales.
