Key Responsibilities:- Plan, research, and write long-form and short-form blog posts around industry trends, customer pain points, and company offerings.- Create SEO-optimized content to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.- Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to identify trending topics and target keywords.- Edit, proofread, and improve existing content for clarity, tone, and performance.- Develop content calendars and ensure timely publication of all blogs.- Repurpose blog content for newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.- Track and analyze blog performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.- Mentor junior writers and maintain quality standards across all written materials.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.- 4-7 years of experience in content writing, with a strong focus on blog and SEO content.- Proven track record of creating high-performing blog content that drives engagement.- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone.- Familiarity with SEO tools (As, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.) and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage content calendars efficiently.- Understanding of content marketing strategy and user intent.Preferred Skills:- Experience in writing for [insert industry - e.g., tech, SaaS, healthcare, lifestyle, etc.].- Knowledge of keyword clustering and on-page optimization techniques.- Basic understanding of content performance metrics (CTR, dwell time, bounce rate).
