What youll do:
As a consultant in Implementation Team at SAP Concur, you will be the main point of contact for our customers to manage our implementation projects for our Travel and Expense product.
:Manage end to end implementation by acting in the roles of Project Manager and Functional Consultant. Activities include but are not limited to: leading design, understanding and analyzing client requirements, providing guidance on best practices, designing third:party integrations, training clients and preparing for deployment of services : all within defined time frame of completion.
:Liaise between customers and cross:functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
:Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
:Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous projects by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client / partner issues are addressed while adhering to Concur 's SOPs.
:Work with the customers on integrations aspects to achieve a robust and reliable end to end solution
:Actively manage expectations, scope and stakeholders to avoid delivery escalations
:Effectively communicate and work with internal and client teams
What you bring:
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
:5:10 years of consulting experience
:Experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues
:Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate implementation
:Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
:Project Management experience
:Consulting experience in enterprise systems
:Technical design and configuration expertise to complete realization and deployment of product in line with the business process
:Good problem solving and issue articulation skills
