About the role:
:Manage an existing portfolio of business banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through timely service and proactive relationship management.
:Maintain regular contact with clients to understand business needs, assess financial health, and identify cross:sell opportunities.
:Monitor account performance, credit utilization, and ensure timely renewals and reviews.
:Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.
:Support customers with their day to day requests, complaints and client exit management.
