What youll do:
As a Solution Customer Success Manager (S:CSM) focused on Finance and Spend Management solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering specialized expertise in financial processes and spend optimization to customer executives and their line of business while accelerating near:term value delivery via the rapid adoption and consumption of finance and spend management solutions.
:Build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status with customers in finance and procurement domains
:Identify and understand Customer Success objectives and outcomes specific to these initiatives
:Drive solution adoption and consumption of tools leveraging customer business objectives
:Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAP solutions
:Mitigate churn and manage renewals of SAP solutions/services
:Identify sales leads and support sales in expansion and upsell efforts within the portfolio
:Manage through crisis and de:escalate customer situations related to implementations
:Drive renewals, expansions, and up:sells of subscription or perpetual license:based solutions
What youll bring:
:5 years ' experience in Sales, Pre:Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management
:8 years ' experience in with cloud software solutions and delivery models, specifically in finance and spend management solutions.
:Strong executive presence and relationship building skills, particularly with finance and procurement leaders
:Experience and knowledge of finance and spend management business models, strategies, and line of business processes is preferred
:Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations and discuss challenges with customer executives
:Commercial/deal support skills
:Relationship:driven mindset with excellent verbal and non:verbal communication skills
:Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up:sells of subscription or perpetual license:based finance and spend management solutions
:Ability risk:mitigation strategies to customer situations
:Bachelors degree or equivalent required
:MBA or related post:Bachelor qualification is preferred
Meet your team: You will work closely with a team of approximately 11 other Finance and Spend Management CSM peers, SAP MU leadership, account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization focused on finance and spend management. You will also coordinate internal SAP and partner resources to ensure value delivery in finance and procurement transformations.
